If you are reasonably fit and healthy then this  pilates class is suitable for you.

Pilates principles are : Coordination, concentration, thoracic breathing, centering. Control, precision and flowing movements.
The exercises are a mix of mobility and strength which can strengthen core abdominals, improve posture and elongate muscles.

 

For a more basic and easier level then try out our Absolute Beginners Yoga class.

Please leave your shoes in the hall way.

Please bring all your personal belongings into the Yoga room with you.

Please remember to be quiet whilst waiting for your class to start. (other classes may be on)
