This four-week Wellness Wednesday Yoga program at Namaste Yoga Belfast is designed to help you strengthen your self-care practice and explore new wellness techniques. Each week, we will introduce a range of experiences aimed at promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.
The program includes:
- Kundalini Yoga: A dynamic form of yoga combining breathwork and movement to activate and balance energy, enhancing clarity and inner peace.
- Meditation: Techniques to promote mental calm and focus, supporting a relaxed mind and reducing stress.
- Bodyrolling: A gentle, guided bodywork practice to release tension and increase flexibility, leaving muscles feeling refreshed and revitalized.
- Healthy Drink Recipes: Each session features a new recipe for nourishing drinks, easy to recreate at home to support your wellness routine.
All equipment is provided, and classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Cost: £48 for the full block of four classes.

Jennifer Greenness teaches this class
Jenny has been a massage therapist since 1994. Working as a massage therapist in Northern Ireland, London and New York City she has built up a repertoire of therapies including Aromatherapy and Reflexology, Tuina, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Hot Stone Massage, Pre and Post Natal Massage.
Jennifer started practicing hatha yoga whilst studying at Edinburgh University in 1992. She then converted to ashtanga yoga whilst living in London with leading ashtanga yoga teachers Liz Lark and Mark Ansari in1995. Then she became qualified to teach in Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2002 whilst living in New York. In 2005 she became certified in New York with Yamuna Zake to teach Body Rolling.

Please bring all your personal belongings into the Yoga room with you.
