REIKI is an art!
The word “REIKI” comes from the Japanese tradition and can generally be interpreted as “Universal Energy” or “Spiritual Energy”, the bright, luminous essence present in everyone and everything alive.
The practice of Reiki is a spiritual path that helps us return to our true essence. The more peaceful, clean, in tune and receptive we are, the more the Universal Energy can flow freely through us and our lives can be in harmony with it.
This first level of Reiki initiation is a welcome on this path, giving us the tools to return to our own Self in a loving and caring way. It is a beautiful way to maintain our health and well-being, and a very gentle way to care for others with whom we are connected.

Reiki Level I focuses on SELF HEALING and is the first level of Reiki training if you wish to learn and work professionally with Reiki.
Each participant will have the opportunity to meditate together to cleanse the inner temple of the physical body to be attuned to Reiki. They will also learn Reiki hand positions for themselves and how to offer Reiki to family and friends.
The training also includes activities to support participants through the 21-day Self-Reiki process and the care that is important after the training.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS:
GEETA
Psychologist, dedicated to the vision of the integrated human being, also specialized in Therapeutic Tarot.
Reiki Master, first initiated in Reiki I in 1992, received the Master degree (Usui and Karuna) in 2002, has more than 20 years of experience with Reiki sessions, trainings and groups.
DHARMAMITRA
Initiated in Reiki I in 1998 and graduated as a Reiki Master in 2001 (Usui and Karuna).
In 1999 was graduated in Ayurvedic Massage, a turning point in his life, the depth of the experience led to become a body therapist.
GEETA AND DHARMAMITRA TOGETHER
Both started on the spiritual path around the age of 20 with Osho Active Meditations and experiencing different therapeutic techniques.
Since 2003, they have both dedicated themselves to the practice of meditation and self-exploration, participating in retreats with their Master Vasant Swaha in Brazil, Norway, Thailand, Italy and India, an experience that deeply transformed their lives.
Since 2005, they have been involved in various areas of work to support the retreats, including offering sessions and being part of the meditation facilitators for some years.
They have been traveling and sharing their hearts and presence through works that support and inspire their own journey of growth.

During this 4 day program Jennifer will be sharing lots of different techniques including kundalini yoga, meditation, bodyrolling to help you detox physically and mentally. She will also be sharing healthy detox drinks and recipes to try to promote a healthier diet.
Often it is because we haven’t got the balance right. So we need to continually detox, physically and mentally. We process food, thoughts, and all forms of energy. When that flow is continuous and clear, we are steady and flexible. The trouble is that we accumulate more than we process. We become weighed down under the ash of metabolism and the remnants of old emotions.
Detoxification, from a yogic perspective, is a process of cleansing and purifying the body, mind, and energy systems. It involves removing accumulated toxins and impurities that hinder the free flow of vital energy, known as prana. The practice of detoxing, combined with a healthy vegetarian diet, offers several benefits in the context of yoga.
Physically, detoxing helps to eliminate toxins and waste materials from the body, improving overall health and vitality. It supports the proper functioning of organs, enhances the immune system, and boosts metabolism. By eliminating toxins, the body becomes lighter, more energised, and better prepared for the practice of yoga asanas. Detoxing also promotes healthy digestion, absorption, and assimilation of nutrients, which are essential for optimal physical well-being.
From a mental perspective, detoxing facilitates the purification of the mind. Through the removal of physical toxins, mental clarity and focus are enhanced, allowing for deeper concentration during meditation and yogic practices. Detoxing also helps to reduce mental and emotional blockages, freeing the mind from negative thought patterns and promoting a sense of calmness and inner peace. As the mind becomes clearer and more balanced, practitioners can experience heightened self-awareness and a deeper connection with their true selves.
In yogic terms, a healthy vegetarian diet plays a vital role in detoxification. A diet, rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and plant-based proteins, provides essential nutrients while being light and easily digestible. It supports the body’s natural detoxification processes by supplying fiber, antioxidants, and phytonutrients that aid in the elimination of toxins. Additionally, a vegetarian diet aligns with the yogic principle of ahimsa (non-violence) by promoting compassion towards all living beings.
