Level 3 Yoga (75mins)

You will learn more advanced Yoga poses, especially the balancing poses. 

There is Yogic breathing and relaxation at the end of the class so that you leave feeling revived.

Suitable for those who have been doing yoga regularly for at least 6 months.

Each class is 75 minutes.

We have extra mats but it is nice to use your own if you have one.

This 75 minute yoga class will introduce new Yoga postures (Asana) and is more of a physical workout than the Beginner level.

You will receive individual attention and our instructors will guide you personally into the next level of each posture as you are ready. Week on week, class upon class. So that your own personal knowledge, skill and level of self awareness in the posture improves each time.

Work up a sweat with Sun Salutations, tone and stretch with a wide range of Asanas, focus and calm with Pranayama and melt into the most important yoga posture of all, Savasana for deep relaxation.

Keshav Rupakheti and Sammia McCamphill teach the Easier Intermediate Yoga Classes.
